Property "C" on the map is 6981m2 of oceanfront land with 126 meters of beach frontage also held in the same corp as "B". Adjacent to "C" are Properties "D" and "E" to which the corporation has an active, in force, concession. Property "D", also referred to as Terreno Ganado Del Mar (TGM), consisting of 7398m2, and a process to acquire it is underway with SEMARNAT in Mexico City. Finally, Property "E"is the ZFMT, also included in the concession, consisting of 3050m2. There is dual ingress/egress from La Cachora Road, and Camino del Pacifico Road, making this the only property with this valuable attribute. Seller's preference is to sell the corporation (Mexican LLC) that consists of Properties "B" and "C" and the concession for Lots "D" and "E".
