Can I Purchase Property in Mexico with Financing?

Foreign buyers don’t have as many financing options as they have at home. Developer financing if offered for some new construction communities that are in the pre-sale phase. In most cases, developers offer shorter term financing for up to half of the price of the property. In addition, there are some third-party lenders that will offer financing to foreign buyers in Mexico. However, the interest rates are higher than in the States.
