Villa 1202 is fully furnished. The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub. The guest bedroom has two queen-sized beds and an ensuite bathroom with a non-jetted deep tub. A third bathroom is located off the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a side-by-side refrigerator with an icemaker. It also features granite countertops, kitchen amenities, utensils, cookware, dishware, and glassware. A separate room houses a washer and dryer. The dining area seats up to six people, and there is a breakfast bar.
The living area includes a TV with a stereo system. Each bedroom also has each own TV.
The terrace is furnished with lounges, a table, chairs, an outdoor grill, and a wet bar. It offers views of Land's End, Medano Beach, and the Sea of Cortez.
