The Mavila Shuttle currently operates from 10am-5pm Tuesday through Sunday - with Monday as the day off. The shuttle will take you to and from Mavila to other areas of the Quivira Resort, such as the golf pro shop, Hotel Pacifica and Sunset Beach for restaurants, pickle ball, tennis, additional pools and jacuzzis, beach access, shopping and more. There is a Bus that runs once an hour on the hour to and from the Market at Sunset Beach to the Pueblo Bonito hotels of Rose and Blanco on Medano beach. Medano Beach is a good swimming beach. Rentals are acceptable at Mavila and the renters are able to utilize the common amenities such as the Mavila pool, jacuzzi and BBQ area. Renters are also able to go to the Restaurants in the hotels and also to enjoy the pool facilities at Sunset Beach and pay with a credit card. Mavila Owners pay $195 per round on the Quivira Golf Course during the peak season and sometimes less in the summer and hotter months. Golf rates depend on time of day and season -and owners and guest of owners enjoy these great rates. Renters and guests of owners are also allowed to play the Quivira Golf Course - at a slightly higher rate - when not playing with the owner - but a lower rate than if they were staying at the hotel. The Quivira Property Owners' Beach Club Membership and access to the Quivira Golf Course are included with the property purchase of this condominium and there is not transfer charge for the new owner or an addtional initiation cost. The property owners' beach club is only for owners and long term renters of one year or more. Short term renters are not allowed in the Property Owners Beach Club and Gym - however, the short term renters have endless amenities to enjoy outside of these facilities and this keeps the Property Owners' beach club and gym at an enjoyable low density. The St Regis 5 Star Hotel and Residences is building a world class facility inside the 1850 acre Quivira resort - showing the financial stability of the Company and Property. There are miles of pristine beaches with no vendors to walk and enjoy.
