The Most Expensive Finished Home Sold in Cabo in 2015
February 6, 2016 | By: Jeff Schmidt
Multi-million dollar homes evoke images of sprawling compounds with state-of-the-art appliances, upscale finishes, and sweeping ocean views. High-end real estate in Los Cabos, Mexico offers these features and more, perhaps most notably in the most expensive finished home sold in Cabo in 2015, Villa La Roca in Pedegral. Sold at $5,350,000 in cash, this property represents luxury real estate at its finest.
The multi-level, Mediterranean-style home is massive. It’s interior measures in at 12,000 square feet, with 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a conference room, kitchen with Viking and Sub-Zero appliances, fitness center, and multi-car garage. The finishes in the home are exquisite, with iron staircases, travertine flooring, high ceilings, marble tiles, and granite creating a grand, luxurious feel.
While the interior features are impressive, the 3,000 square feet of outdoor living space is the true seller. Situated cliffside in Pedregal, one of Cabo San Lucas’ most exclusive and well known areas, Villa La Roca has an infinity pool, hot tub, and several private terraces, all with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific.

A pre-build home at the Villas at La Montaña sold for $6,575,000 in cash. The most expensive land deal rang in at $13,100,000, and the most expensive condo (an oceanfront penthouse at Villa La Estancia) went for $2,300,000 in 2015.
