El Tule is located in the middle of San José Del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. The community is located right off of the main highway on both sides of the road (inland and ocean side). There is one gated inland community, and a couple of communities on the ocean side of the freeway. In addition, there are many homes in El Tule that are not within a planned development; because there were different builders and architects involved in their construction, many of these homes have unique character.
Many of the homes in El Tule boast expansive views of the Sea of Cortez, and from some of them you can even see Chileno Bay. There are some great beaches within a short drive from El Tule, including El Tule beach and Chileno Bay.
