In addition to chic shops and delectable meals, the Shoppes at Palmilla also has a farmer’s market that’s open to the public. Tennis Courts
The two Palmilla tennis courts feature a Plexicushion surface for excellent footing, shock absorption, and bounce. Private lessons for all ages are available on the paddle tennis courts, and you can learn how to play pickle ball on the dedicated courts for the game. For those who live in Palmilla Dunes, use of the tennis court is covered in HOA fees. For owners of any other Palmilla property, the tennis court is accessible at an additional fee.
Other amenities include gated/24-hour security, landscaped grounds and common areas, trash pick-up multiple days of the week, concierge service and a dedicated desalination plant.
