The Phase 3 buildings are located behind Vista Vela Phase 2 and are currently under construction. The buildings will have studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units. All condos will have garden views, no ocean views. Prices start at $110,000. The amenities in Phase 3 will include a pickle ball court, skatepark, five pools, a club house, gym, and one non-covered parking space per unit.
