The Four Seasons has developed residences and a hotel resort in two locations in Los Cabos. The Four Seasons in Cabo Del Sol is located along the Cabo Corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. The Four Seasons at Costa Palmas is located about 30 minutes south of Los Barriles. There are 61 private estates, villas, and residences at The Four Seasons at Cabo Del Sol.

Private Estates

The private estates consist of 15 stand-alone, single-family homes and homesites, with views of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Cove Course’s 9th hole and expansive Sea of Cortez views. These are the only residences within the Resort community. There five different floor plans, ranging in size from four to six bedrooms. The estates are currently sold out.

Private Villas

Slightly elevated from the beach, the Private Villas offer sweeping views of the ocean. There are 4- and 5-bedroom options, and the open floor plan features large windows and opens onto private terraces. Some villas have a rooftop pool. The villas start at about $10 million. As of April of 2023, there were about 10 villas left for purchase.

Private Residences

The private residences include a collection of condos and penthouses. The condos are located close to the ocean, have excellent views of the Sea of Cortez, and are in close proximity to the community’s amenities. These spacious properties range in size from 2- to 5-bedrooms. Unfortunately, these units are currently sold old until they come back around on the re-sale market.
