The Four Seasons
The Four Seasons Residences at Cabo del Sol are custom-designed homes located on the grounds of the The Four Seasons Resort. The condos have sold out, but there are about 10 villas left, starting at $10 million (as of April 2023). Owners in The Four Seasons have access to access to all of the amenities at The Cove Club and The Four Seasons, as well as access to Cabo Del Sol’s private ocean course.
The Cove Club
The Cove is a luxury residential community located within the master-planned Cabo del Sol resort community. It is situated along the Sea of Cortez with direct access to the beach. Residents of this community have access to The Cove Club amenities and private ocean golf course. Lots start at $3 million and condos start at $8 million. Properties in The Four Seasons and The Cove aren’t listed on the MLS. However, Jeff has relationships with the agents at these communities and can set up a tour of the homes and facilities. This development will include a collection of 162 hotel rooms and 35 private residences; the residences will be on the resort grounds but set apart from the hotel for maximum privacy.
